Test Cell Cooling, Coolant Storage and Distribution
You have a variety of options for proper cooling of your test cell. Your Coolant Storage and Distribution System must take into account your test cell layout, the amount of coolant required by the engine and capabilities of the engine and pumps.
Here’s a look at some of the cooling system components we can provide:
Offering a family of Closed Loop Cooling Centers (CLCC), each sized to handle the heat rejection typically required for engines that are of 200, 500, 800, 1,250 and 2,500 hp (149, 373, 597, 932 and 1,864 kW).
The Cooling Column is for use in applications up to 1,250 hp (932 kW).
For applications over 1,250 hp (932 kW)
Designed to regulate the secondary water circuit temperature on engines that use an onboard liquid-to-liquid heat exchanger (other than jacket water) to cool charge air.
Specially designed for quick connect and disconnect between the engines and cooling column and/or LTA.
A temperature controller with full PID auto tuning.
Keeps coolant at the ready while conserving space.
