The DS820 Power Amplifier Unit supplies DC power to an Eddy Current dynamometer coil. The Power Amplifier Unit provides a current-regulated output that is proportional to a 0 to +10 VDC or 0 to 20 mA control input, which may be customer supplied or from a Dyne Systems controller. A current limiting potentiometer is included in the unit and the Power Amplifier Unit is set up for various dynamometer ratings. It is available in both a wall mounted or rack mounted unit depending on the amperage needs. (See Features and Specs for details.)
